The Aida Blouse in Opera Grape. 

It's been a while we don't work with viscose 'Modal Satin', and decided to make a comeback this season in a distressed hue rather than on a print. The button-up, collarless blouse features a double smocking design, pin-tucked back and shoulders, and slight oversize sleeves.
