At Maison Hotel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bohemian-inspired pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
